Ancora una volta un Infarto ha stroncato una vita.
La considerazione principale è che l’Infarto Miocardico e conseguente morte, nel 90% dei casi nell’ adulto riconosce una causa ischemica cioè una malattia coronarica, altrettanto vero è che nei giovani la maggior parte dei casi è invece dovuta a causa congenita, solitamente aritmogena (displasia aritmogena del ventricolo destro, sindrome di Brugada, sindrome del Q T lungo, origine anomala delle coronarie dall’arteria polmonare, ecc…).
Certamente non abbiamo la bacchetta magica per poter prevenire in modo assoluto questi tragici episodi, però possiamo ricordare che stress eccessivi e prolungati così come sforzi estremi sono potenzialmente rischiosi.
Il caldo con umidità molto elevata, come nei concerti affollati, può provocare disidratazione, aumento della densità del sangue (ematocrito) con rischio di trombosi, perdita dei sali minerali e elettroliti, importanti per l’equilibrio elettrico del cuore, che se carenti possono essere responsabili di gravi aritmie anche mortali.
Alla luce dei dati riportati risulterebbe una predisposizione familiare per cardiopatia e pregressi episodi cardiaci già in giovane età, con successivi ripetuti interventi di dilatazione delle coronarie (angioplastica).
Quindi stiamo parlando di un cardiopatico con patologie importanti, che necessitano della massima attenzione. Ogni sintomo sospetto va valutato accuratamente.
Resta quindi da chiarire perchè dopo il malessere lamentato, una volta chiamato il soccorso del 118 intorno alle ore 21 si è deciso di provvedere al trasporto con mezzi propri a Roma dove con vari contrattempi è giunto ore dopo, praticamente privo di vita.
La tempestività è fondamentale in questi casi, perdere tempo prima di intervenire può risultare fatale, e così è stato.
Bisogna tener presente che ormai molti ospedali sono attrezzati per terapie cardiologiche interventistiche o cardiochirurgiche, e l’ospedale di Grosseto ne è un esempio, senza necessariamente doversi rivolgere a strutture ancor più di eccellenza che possono essere scelte in elezione, cioè non in condizioni di emergenza, quando invece il tempo è il fattore determinante per tentare di risolvere favorevolmente il problema.
Probabilmente la scelta è stata sbagliata e purtroppo è stata fatale al cantante.
